Edelweiss School is seeking a dynamic and experienced
Head of Human Capital & General Affairs
to join our leadership team. This role will oversee all aspects of Human Resources and General Affairs management, supporting the school's vision of creating an inspiring and empowering educational environment.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in
Human Resources Management
,
Applied Psychology
, or a related field. - Minimum
5 years of experience
in the
service industry
. - Computer literate
– proficient in MS Office, MS Teams, and presentation tools/software. - Skilled and confident
training facilitator
. - Fluent in English
, both oral and written. - Mature personality
with excellent
interpersonal and leadership skills
. Strong knowledge of:
Organization Development (OD)
- Industrial Relations Management
- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Office / General Affairs Management
