Role Description
This is a full-time role for the Human Capital Service Section Head at Putra Perkasa Abadi. The Human Capital Service Section Head will oversee and manage various human resources (HR) functions including HR management, development and implementation of HR policies, and employee benefits administration. The individual will ensure alignment of HR strategies with business objectives, handle personnel management, and work towards improving employee engagement and satisfaction. This is an on-site role located in Banten, Indonesia.
Qualifications
- Experience in Human Resources (HR), HR Management
- Knowledge and experience in HR Policies
- Expertise in Employee Benefits administration
- Skills in Personnel Management
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Relevant certifications in HR management (preferred)
