Operational Manager – PADEL Venue

The Operational Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations at the PADEL venue, ensuring smooth execution of activities, high-quality customer service, and efficient management of staff and facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily operations to ensure the venue runs efficiently and meets service standards.
  • Manage and schedule staff, including front desk, coaches, and maintenance teams.
  • Oversee booking systems, customer inquiries, and payment processes.
  • Ensure cleanliness, safety, and maintenance of all courts and facilities.
  • Monitor inventory and order supplies (sports equipment, beverages, uniforms, etc.) as needed.
  • Handle customer feedback and resolve operational issues promptly.
  • Coordinate events, tournaments, and promotional activities in collaboration with the marketing and events team.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports (attendance, sales, maintenance logs, etc.).
  • Control operational expenses and optimize resource usage.

Qualification

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in operations management, ideally in sports, hospitality, or leisure industries.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving, planning, and organizational abilities.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Passion for sports and an understanding of PADEL operations is a plus.
