- Marketing & Activation
· Work closely with the Marketing Manager, Country Manager and distributor to plan and execute brand and sales campaigns, in-store activities, and events that strengthen brand awareness and drive market demand in Indonesia.
· Adapt and localize brand communication materials to ensure cultural and linguistic relevance for the Indonesia market.
· Coordinate with agencies and vendors for creative production, POSM development, and event execution.
· Work with digital marketing and media agencies to implement strategies across social media, performance advertising, and influencer marketing.
· Gather consumer feedback, market insights, and competitive intelligence to support ongoing strategy and campaign planning.
· Support new product development (NPD) in Indonesia, ensuring local documentation and compliance (product registration, translation, and labeling) are coordinated with distributor and HQ teams as needed.
· Track and report marketing budget usage, campaign effectiveness, and activity timelines.
- Sales & Channel Support
· Assist in managing and expanding Purcotton's distribution channels in Indonesia, including mother & baby (M&B) stores, modern trade, pharmacies, and online marketplaces.
· Manage day-to-day relationships with the distributor and support the Country Manager in monitoring sell-in and sell-out performance, preparing sales reports, tracking inventory, stock movement, and pricing strategies.
· Oversee product listings, pricing accuracy, and promotional compliance across all channels.
· Plan and coordinate trade marketing activities, including secondary displays, POSM placement, in-store promotions, promoter training, consumer roadshows and events.
· Conduct regular market visits and competitor checks to ensure optimal brand visibility and consistent in-store presentation.
- Cross-Regional Collaboration
· Support regional projects or campaigns when required, ensuring brand consistency across SEA markets.
· Share local learnings and best practices to contribute to regional marketing and business development efforts.
· Support other related tasks or new initiatives assigned by management to meet evolving business needs.
- Qualifications & Requirements
· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
· at least 2–4 years of working experience in sales, marketing, or trade marketing (preferably within FMCG, personal care, or baby products industry).
· Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and spoken).
