Responsibilities

  • Identify and map potential new outlet locations (shopping malls, lifestyle hubs, high-traffic and trendy areas).
  • Conduct market area analysis including demographics, foot traffic, consumer spending power, and competitor landscape.
  • Prepare feasibility studies and provide data-driven recommendations for outlet expansion.
  • Build and maintain relationships with landlords, mall management, and property agents to secure strategic locations.
  • Develop business proposals, lead negotiations, and finalize partnership agreements or leasing contracts.
  • Monitor F&B industry trends, particularly kebab and fast-casual dining, to capture new market opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Operations teams to ensure outlet positioning aligns with brand strategy.
  • Provide market insights and reports to support expansion strategy in Jakarta and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Development, Expansion, or Franchise (preferably in F&B or retail).
  • Strong expertise in
    market area analysis
    (traffic, demographics, spending power, and competition).
  • Established network with mall management, landlords, and property agents in Jakarta.
  • Deep understanding of urban consumer trends (Millennials & Gen Z lifestyle and food habits).
  • Proven skills in feasibility studies, business case development, and data-based reporting.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proactive, result-driven, and able to work independently under tight targets.
  • Willing to travel frequently within Jakarta and Greater Jakarta area.
