RM Funding
Job Description:
Strategize and Conquer: Develop and execute creative funding acquisition strategies to attract individual and institutional lenders. Think big, think bold
Build Bridges: Establish and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with investors and funding partners—because trust is everything.
Market Whisperer: Analyze market trends, identify needs, and recommend innovative funding products that keep us ahead of the game.
Lead the Pack: Manage, motivate, and mentor the funding team to smash fundraising targets and achieve company goals.
Hunt for Opportunities: Reach out to potential lenders (individuals or institutions) and introduce them to the exciting world of P2P lending.
Smooth Operator: Handle administrative tasks and documentation processes for funding activities like a pro.
Data Wizard: Prepare clear and concise reports on funding performance and acquisition results. Numbers are your best friend
Event Superstar: Support promotional events and campaigns to spread the word about our amazing funding opportunities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related fields (Master's degree is a plus).
At least 3 years of experience in fundraising, banking, fintech, or similar roles.
A pro at communication, negotiation, and persuasion—you can sell ice to Eskimos
Target-driven personality who thrives under pressure and loves a good challenge.
Strong communication skills—you're the face of our company
High energy, a go-getter attitude, and love working in a team environment.
