Key Responsibilities:

Organization Development (OD) Support

  • Assist in collecting and analyzing organizational data (structure, manpower, job evaluation, etc.).
  • Support the implementation of change management or improvement projects.
  • Help prepare presentations, reports, and documentation related to OD initiatives.
  • Participate in organizational design or restructuring discussions as needed.

People Development (PD) Support

  • Assist in the planning and execution of training programs (internal & external).
  • Help manage training administration such as attendance, evaluation, feedback forms, and reports.
  • Maintain and update employee development records or learning dashboards.
  • Support talent management and competency assessment activities.

Performance Management Assistance

  • Support the team in collecting KPI data and performance evaluation summaries.
  • Help prepare materials for performance review meetings and communication sessions.

General Administrative Support

  • Assist with documentation, scheduling, and coordination with internal departments or vendors.
  • Ensure proper filing and data accuracy for HR records.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related fields
  • Proficient in data processing using Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF formulas, etc.)
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and strong analytical skills in task execution
  • Highly interested in HR development and organizational growth
  • Communicative, proactive, and able to work effectively within a team
  • Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating data and identifying improvement opportunities
  • Effective Communication skills for collaborating with teams and presenting ideas clearly
  • Willing to be placed in Cikarang Barat/Cibitung.
