Job Specification:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, Packaging Design, or related field.
2–5 years of experience in packaging design (FMCG, retail, cosmetics, or related industry preferred).
Strong portfolio demonstrating creative packaging solutions and technical design skills.
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign; 3D design tools (e.g., Cinema4D, KeyShot, SolidWorks) is a plus.
Knowledge of packaging materials, printing processes, and production methods.
Strong understanding of branding, visual hierarchy, and consumer psychology.
Ability to balance creativity with practicality (cost, sustainability, logistics).
Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work across teams and with external vendors.

Job Description:

Design packaging concepts that enhance product appeal and align with brand guidelines.
Develop dielines, 3D mockups, and prototypes for packaging solutions.
Collaborate with marketing, R&D, and production teams to understand product needs and technical constraints.
Ensure packaging designs are cost-effective, sustainable, and manufacturable.
Research industry trends, materials, and printing techniques to bring innovation to packaging.
Prepare final artwork files and ensure accuracy for production.
Work closely with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure design feasibility and quality standards.
Maintain consistency across product lines while allowing room for creativity and differentiation
