Job description :
- Active participation in the handover process (develop preliminary project organization and communication line, stakeholder communication and setting up coordination meetings, handover document preparation).
- Contract analysis (collect scope and schedule estimation, define commercial and risk potential).
- Review budget calculation (analyst with other projects, preliminary communication with vendors).
- Communicate with stakeholders (internally and externally).
- Develop a detailed schedule and distribute it to stakeholders.
- Manage communication and stakeholders' engagement (internally and externally).
- Validate and control cost, scope, schedule, and quality.
- Assist in logistics, transport, and customs clearance communication.
- Documentation of project lessons learned and know-how.
- Documentation of internal claims.
- Negotiation of external claims.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering-related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in related fields.
- Experience in international project management
- Digital proficiency: Words – business / formal letter, Calculation – detail analyst, Presentation – summary project, Project / Libre – scheduling
- Technical proficiency: Mechanical drawing knowledge, Knowledge in production, machining, manufacturing process (advantage).
- Communication proficiency: Stakeholders' internal & external coordination, Quality check (FAT's).
