Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Technical Sales Engineer based in Jakarta, Indonesia with flexibility for some remote work. The Senior Technical Sales Engineer will be responsible for identifying and addressing customer needs, providing technical solutions, and managing the technical aspects of the sales process. Core responsibilities include conducting product demonstrations, offering technical support, and building relationships to ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Technical Sales and Sales Engineering
- Experience in providing Technical Support and resolving customer issues
- Excellent Communication skills for presenting technical concepts and engaging with customers
- Sales acumen with the ability to negotiate and close deals effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused attitude
- Proficiency in industry-related technologies and tools
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
- Familiarity with the technical needs of manufacturing, engineering, or metal fabrication industries is a plus
