About the Role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-driven Sales Representative to join our growing IT consulting team. This position will focus on selling our technology-based solutions — such as ERP, data analytics, software development, and system integration — to private and government clients.


Responsibilities:
  • Identify and engage potential clients across industries (both public and private sectors)
  • Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and solution demonstrations
  • Prepare and deliver commercial proposals, handle pricing and contract negotiations
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business
  • Collaborate closely with technical and delivery teams to understand client requirements
  • Achieve monthly or quarterly sales targets set by the company
  • Stay updated with the latest technology trends and business needs

Qualifications:
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a sales/business development role (preferably in IT or tech-related companies)
  • Max 35 years old
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Highly motivated, target-oriented, and proactive in client engagement
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team
  • Familiarity with ERP, business software, or IT solutions is a strong advantage
  • Willing to travel and meet clients when necessary
