Main Responsibility

  • Establishing the department's vision, mission, and policies as a derivative of company policies.
  • Building strategic and intensive relationships with customers, including conducting strategic meetings with clients.

Key Responsibility

  • Leading the problem-solving and decision-making processes for issues faced by subordinates.
  • Developing team members by planning and proposing training or skill enhancement programs.
  • Ensure the achievement of company targets in the field of Production Engineering.
  • Control and supervising the implementation of new product development project to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provides suggestion and or analyzing for development project and participate in decision making to adjust processes and operation methods to reach the maximum benefits.
  • Responds to the organization's policies, analyze the production data such as productivity, efficiency, work effectiveness of the section, analyze the opportunities and possibilities (Feasibility Analysis), including development and improvement of the units.
  • Manage direct subordinates to ensure that they are able to perform in line with goals, such as approving overtime, monitoring and manage employee KPI
