Job Description:

  • Capable to analysis and design of organizational structures in alignment with corporate objectives and operational requirements
  • Responsible in workload analysis and help ensure appropriate size and composition of workforce across departments
  • Assist in job analysis and evaluation for various levels, roles, and positions, contributing to accurate job grading.
  • Collaborate with business leaders and HR teams to support organizational performance and efficiency initiatives
  • Help maintain and update job documentation, grading systems, and workforce planning tools to support decision-making

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, Management, Human Resource Management, or related fields
  • 2–3 years of experience in organization development, manpower planning, or HR-related projects, preferably in a corporate environment (FMCG/manufacturing industry is a plus)
  • Basic knowledge and understanding of organizational structures, workforce planning, and job evaluation frameworks, with exposure to practical application
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project coordination skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, for data analysis and reporting
