Job Description:
- Capable to analysis and design of organizational structures in alignment with corporate objectives and operational requirements
- Responsible in workload analysis and help ensure appropriate size and composition of workforce across departments
- Assist in job analysis and evaluation for various levels, roles, and positions, contributing to accurate job grading.
- Collaborate with business leaders and HR teams to support organizational performance and efficiency initiatives
- Help maintain and update job documentation, grading systems, and workforce planning tools to support decision-making
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, Management, Human Resource Management, or related fields
- 2–3 years of experience in organization development, manpower planning, or HR-related projects, preferably in a corporate environment (FMCG/manufacturing industry is a plus)
- Basic knowledge and understanding of organizational structures, workforce planning, and job evaluation frameworks, with exposure to practical application
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project coordination skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, for data analysis and reporting
