Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related fields.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce operations or digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of marketplace algorithms and promotional tools.
  • Proficient in using e-commerce dashboards and analytics (Shopee/Seller Center, TikTok Shop, Google Analytics, etc.).
  • Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize product listings on e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, TikTok Shop, etc.).
  • Plan and execute online sales campaigns, flash sales, and promotional activities.
  • Monitor store performance, including sales, conversion rates, and customer reviews.
  • Coordinate with marketing, design, and inventory teams to ensure product availability and visual consistency.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities.
