Job Descriptions:
- Manage and process payroll accurately and on time. Ensure compliance with tax regulations and BPJS (Employment & Health).
- Maintain and update employee compensation and benefits data (salary, bonus, overtime, incentives, etc.).
- Coordinate with other departments regarding personnel administration and employee data.
- Support internal and external audit processes related to payroll and HR data.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Management or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in Compensation & Benefit or Payroll.
- Good understanding of labor regulations and employee taxation (PPh 21).
- Proficient in using HRIS systems (TALENTA).
