We are seeking a skilled and experienced to join our team as a "Product Development". In this role, you will be responsible for supporting various tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our company.
Role Description
- Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and customer preferences related to photobox products.
- Develop concepts and prototypes for new photobox features, designs, and experiences.
- Collaborate with design, engineering, operations, and marketing teams to deliver product improvements.
- Manage product lifecycle from ideation, testing, iteration, to final launch.
- Ensure product quality standards, usability, and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor product performance and collect feedback for continuous improvement.
- Prepare product documentation, guidelines, and training materials for internal teams.
- Identify cost-effective solutions for product innovation and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Product Design, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related fields.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in product development, R&D, or related roles (preferably in retail, F&B, or experiential products).
- Strong knowledge of product development lifecycle and project management.
- Familiar with prototyping tools, design software, or technical drawings (a plus)
