Job Responsibilities:

Edit engaging and visually appealing videos for various platforms (Instagram Reels, TikTok, internal events, etc.)
Ensure video content aligns with WonderMind's brand identity, tone, and messaging.
Collaborate with the creative and content teams to conceptualize and execute video ideas.
Implement transitions, effects, text overlays, motion graphics, and background music.
Optimize video format and resolution for different platforms.
Revise and adjust content based on internal feedback.
Manage and organize project files efficiently.
It's a bonus if you have an ability to create light motion graphics or animated text using After Effects or similar tools.
Have experience creating content for educational or youth-focused audiences.
Are able to handle simple video shoots or assist in the production process (optional).
Have your own editing tools (laptop, software, etc.) and are ready to work remotely.
Can work on short notice or with quick turnaround times.

Qualifications:

Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in Visual Communication Design, Film, Multimedia, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in video editing.
Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar tools.
Solid understanding of basic cinematography principles, transitions, video effects, and color grading.
Familiar with current content trends, especially in the education and social media space.
Creative, detail-oriented, and able to deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
Good communication skills and a willingness to accept feedback and iterate.

Work Arrangement:

Come to the company (WonderMind Pluit) to work at least 1-2 days per week , and work from home the rest of the time.
Needs to be able to edit and have a computer available for work.
Work 22 working days per month
With a daily wage of 175,000 Indonesian Rupiah. In case of holidays, there will also be a day off, and no salary will be paid for that day
