Key Expected Achievements:

  • The framework of the project or program (including resources definition) is consistent with the objectives assigned by the sponsor and the steering committee.
  • Lead the project using the Industrial Project Approach or Process project approach, applying the appropriate standards (Project charter, check lists, milestone validation, governance, budget management, etc.).

This position will be responsible for planning, designing, and overseeing projects through empowering engineers under their working unit, as well as managing CAPEX budget for the project deliverables. It also provides technical consultation to Maintenance teams in the factories to drive maintenance improvement programs/projects including OEE improvement and cost saving initiatives.

  • Planning, coordinating, analyzing, and reviewing the scope of work of various projects.
  • Working closely with Engineers and related stakeholders in the field in managing paperwork, change orders, managing contractors, timeline management, and ensuring that safety and quality standards are in place.
  • Preparing project proposals, including reviewing the request, obtaining quotes and estimated spending.
  • Leading regular project reviews to monitor project timelines, deadlines, and requirements.
  • Act as a single point of contact for ordering materials and equipment matters.
  • Preparing routine project reports to BU and Regional leadership team and relevant stakeholders (can be weekly, monthly, quarterly, or yearly).
  • Controlling and monitoring project cost from engineering side.
  • Building rituals and routine with Plant Maintenance Team to understand the issue and provide technical solutions to improve maintenance performance and cost saving initiatives.
  • Building regular catch‑ups with Plant Managers to build an effective Maintenance organization structure.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering (preferably Mechanical, Electrical Engineering).
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in Engineering and at least 5 years' experience leading a team.
  • Possess project management skills.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, mechanical design, and machinery set‑up.
  • Strong in Excel and data analysis abilities.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Persistent and ability to manage high‑pressure situations.
  • Courageous in facing change and ambiguity.
  • Excellent communication skills, negotiation and influencing others.
  • Willing to be placed in Karawang factory.
