About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented
Assistant Finance Manager
to join our client's Finance team. This role will be responsible for overseeing accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and providing strategic financial insights to support business decisions.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in
Accounting
. - Strong understanding of
Indonesia Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
. - Minimum
3 years of experience
in an Assistant Manager or equivalent role within an operational company. - Preferably 5 years of experience
at one of the
Big Four firms. - Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proficient in
Microsoft Excel
and experienced with
SAP HANA
or other ERP systems. - Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Highly detail-oriented, results-driven, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
Key Responsibility
- Lead the full cycle of digital marketing and social media projects — from planning and strategy development to execution and reporting.
- Coordinate and manage cross-functional teams (creative, content, media, analytics) to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing updates, gathering feedback, and maintaining strong relationships.
- Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure efficiency and quality.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights for optimization.
- Identify potential risks, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
- Support business growth by identifying opportunities for account expansion and process improvement.
