Role Description
This is an on-site full-time role for a Trainer (Sales Division) located in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Trainer will be responsible for delivering sales training programs, developing training materials, providing ongoing development and support to the sales team, and analyzing training needs. The Trainer will also conduct presentations, facilitate workshops, and ensure that all training objectives are met.
Qualifications
- Presentation skills and communication skills
- Experience in Sales Trainings and Training & Development
- Ability to assess training needs and develop training programs
- Strong English communication skills
- Proven ability to deliver engaging and effective training sessions
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
- Experience in the telematics or automotive industry is a plus
