Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma (D3) in Industrial Engineering or a related field is preferred.
- At least 2–3 years of experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control/Quality Inspector, with at least 1 year in a coordinator/leader/supervisor role.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001) and product quality standards in manufacturing.
- Experience in quality audits, product inspection, and handling customer complaints.
- Proficient in QA/QC procedures, sampling, inspection, and product testing.
- Ability to develop and implement SOPs, work instructions, and quality monitoring forms.
- Skilled in quality analysis tools (e.g., 7 Quality Tools, FMEA, Root Cause Analysis).
- Familiar with measuring instruments and basic laboratory testing tools for product quality.
- Ability to lead a QA/QC team in executing daily quality assurance activities.
- Capable of planning, supervising, and evaluating QA team performance.
- Basic skills in training and coaching team members.
- Proficient in using computers (Microsoft Office).
- Proficiency in Basic English (at least passive proficiency).
- Willing to work in shifts (if required).
Job Description:
- Ensure all finished products meet company quality standards before delivery to customers.
- Supervise incoming material inspection, in-process inspection, and final product inspection.
- Coordinate quality testing activities and analyze inspection results.
- Identify, analyze, and resolve quality issues (non-conformance).
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly quality reports for the QA Manager.
- Implement continuous improvement programs in quality assurance.
- Assist in preparing and supporting internal and external quality audits.
- Provide guidance and coaching to QA team members to ensure compliance with SOPs and standards.
