REGIONAL SALES MANAGER (West Indonesia Region)

What you'll do ?

  • Lead and inspire a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed revenue targets in the West Indonesia Region, especially West Java.
  • Develop and execute winning sales strategies based on market trends, industry insights, and customer needs for Chemical, Microbiology, Laboratory, and Environmental product lines.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with key accounts – from manufacturing industries, hospital, laboratories, university to research institutions.
  • Oversee the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, technical service, and supply chain teams to deliver exceptional value to clients.
  • Monitor competitor activities and identify untapped market potential.
  • Coach, mentor, and evaluate your team to continuously improve performance and results.

What We're Looking For ?

  • Bachelor's degree all major, preferably in Biology, Chemistry, Biotechnology.
  • Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role – preferably in chemical laboratory, scientific equipment, microbiology industry.
  • Strong knowledge of laboratory products and applications (chemical, analytical instruments, reagents, consumables).
  • Proven track record in managing a large sales territory and diverse team.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Target-driven, resilient, and able to thrive under pressure.
  • Home based in Jakarta, willing to travel extensively within West Indonesia.
  • Proficiency in English.
