Job description:

  • Issue and process the sales order for customers;
  • Work closely with Finance, Logistics, & Inventory Dept regarding shipment & payment;
  • Work closely with factory to place new order;
  • Prepare monthly Sales Performance Report for management;
  • Responsible to coordinate office administrative tasks in the Company;
  • Coordinate the logistics and transportation for overseas guests;
  • Other functions as and when required by the Company on ad hoc basis

Qualification:

  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin) — this is a must.

  • Min. education of Bachelor's degree from various majors, preferable from accounting/administration/science majors
  • Have experience in related position for at least 1 years and/or fresh graduated are welcome to apply
  • Have good administrative skills, neat, detailed and agile, have good communication skills and problem-solving oriented
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to priorities multiple tasks
