Job description:
- Issue and process the sales order for customers;
- Work closely with Finance, Logistics, & Inventory Dept regarding shipment & payment;
- Work closely with factory to place new order;
- Prepare monthly Sales Performance Report for management;
- Responsible to coordinate office administrative tasks in the Company;
- Coordinate the logistics and transportation for overseas guests;
- Other functions as and when required by the Company on ad hoc basis
Qualification:
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin) — this is a must.

- Min. education of Bachelor's degree from various majors, preferable from accounting/administration/science majors
- Have experience in related position for at least 1 years and/or fresh graduated are welcome to apply
- Have good administrative skills, neat, detailed and agile, have good communication skills and problem-solving oriented
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to priorities multiple tasks
