As a Maintenance Administration, you will be responsible for managing the administrative and documentation processes that support day-to-day maintenance operations across stores. From tracking service requests and coordinating vendor schedules to maintaining maintenance records and reports, your work helps ensure store operations run smoothly and efficiently. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, communicative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.
This position will be placed under one of Blibli's subsidiary companies specializing in electronic retail.
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering Management, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in administrative roles, preferably in maintenance, facility management, or store operations.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for liaising with internal teams and external service vendors.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with maintenance systems (e.g., CMMS) is an advantage.
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to stay calm when handling urgent or unexpected issues.
- A collaborative team player who is willing to support both field technicians and managerial teams.
