Job Responsibilities:

As the team leader for both Procurement and Development, oversee daily team management and team building. Must possess extensive supplier resources and excellent capabilities in supplier development and management to ensure the timely development and delivery of all store material requirements.
Proficient in dynamic cost management systems and the end-to-end procurement process. Responsible for cost management and control, including quotation review and cost management for daily replenishment and site adjustment materials.
Take full ownership of supplier management: effectively manage existing supplier performance, drive continuous improvement and exit mechanisms; and be responsible for the execution, renewal, and signing of supplementary agreements for supplier contracts.
Establish and maintain standard operating procedures, and be responsible for the development and ongoing maintenance of relevant SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and the knowledge base.

Requirements:

Strong communication skills; excellent command of the Chinese language is required.
Experience in supplier development and related fields, with over 5 years of experience in supply chain procurement and supplier management.
Proficient in cost management, inventory management, and supplier relationship management. Thorough understanding of the full procurement cycle, with strong capabilities in delivery management, quality control, and inventory management.
Excellent team management, communication, coordination, negotiation, and target decomposition skills. A team player with a service-oriented mindset, strong sense of responsibility, ability to work under pressure, and a strong results-driven orientation.
