Job Responsible :

  • Manage and monitor HR transformation projects using appropriate project management methodologies.
  • Act as a project leader for key Human Capital initiatives, ensuring timely delivery, resource alignment, and performance tracking.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align project outcomes with organizational goals.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to business leaders to support workforce planning, performance management, and employee engagement.
  • Analyze people metrics and provide insights to drive data-informed decisions.
  • Support resolution of complex employee relations issues and promote a positive work environment.
  • Drive culture transformation programs and leadership development frameworks.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in HRBP, OD, or PMO roles from Consultant will be good.
  • Strong project management skills, with experience in managing HR projects across multiple business units.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
  • Familiar with HRIS, change management frameworks, and organizational diagnostics tools.
  • English is a must
