Job Responsible :
- Manage and monitor HR transformation projects using appropriate project management methodologies.
- Act as a project leader for key Human Capital initiatives, ensuring timely delivery, resource alignment, and performance tracking.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align project outcomes with organizational goals.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to business leaders to support workforce planning, performance management, and employee engagement.
- Analyze people metrics and provide insights to drive data-informed decisions.
- Support resolution of complex employee relations issues and promote a positive work environment.
- Drive culture transformation programs and leadership development frameworks.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in HRBP, OD, or PMO roles from Consultant will be good.
- Strong project management skills, with experience in managing HR projects across multiple business units.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
- Familiar with HRIS, change management frameworks, and organizational diagnostics tools.
- English is a must
