Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a technology‑related project environment (internships or student projects acceptable).
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Trello).
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to bridge technical and non‑technical audiences.
  • Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities.
  • Detail‑oriented with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.

Project Management Support Officer

General Description – We are seeking a Project Management Support Officer (PMSO) to join our Corporate Office Strategy Management team. This role will assist and support the execution of projects and initiatives tied to the company’s strategic goals, ensuring activities run smoothly, deliverables are met, and teams stay aligned. The PMSO will also help drive Team & People Development initiatives to strengthen team capability and engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in planning, monitoring, and reporting on strategic projects and initiatives, including tracking deliverables, maintaining progress updates, and helping ensure smooth execution while identifying risks or delays.
  • Support COSM team with daily administration, documentation, and preparation of project materials such as timelines, dashboards, and management presentations.
  • Serve as a liaison for communication and coordination between internal teams and external stakeholders (e.g., Legal, Finance, People).
  • Maintain risk and issue logs, follow up on action items, and help compile post‑project reviews and lessons learned.
  • Support internal team and people development programs, including onboarding plans, skill‑building activities, and engagement initiatives.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in project coordination or administrative support (fresh graduates with internship experience may be considered).
  • Willing to be placed at Bandung.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with project tools such as MS Project, Asana, or Trello is a plus.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) is a plus.

Site Engineer – Structural Work

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and inspect all structural work in the field, including foundation work, reinforcement, formwork, and concrete pouring.
  • Responsible for shop drawing in project.
  • Read and interpret structural drawings for accurate implementation.
  • Perform strict quality control of incoming materials (iron, cement, etc.) and field work results.
  • Identify and provide solutions to technical structural issues that arise in the field.
  • Provide regular daily and weekly progress reports to the Project Manager.
  • Manage all activities in the structural work area to comply with Occupational Safety and Health (K3) standards.
  • Coordinate effectively with contractors, surveyors, and other project teams.
  • Other responsibilities as required.

Qualifications:

  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and make decisions effectively.
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of work experience as a Site Engineer on high‑rise building construction projects.
  • In‑depth technical understanding of structural engineering (reinforced concrete and steel).
  • Proficient in reading and analyzing technical/structural working drawings (using AutoCAD).
  • Possess strong leadership skills, assertive, and able to manage a work team in the field.
  • Meticulous, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Native in Indonesian; domicile in Bandung, willing to be assigned full‑time at a project site in Bandung.
Lead Project Engineer – Geothermal / Oil & Gas Infrastructure

About the Role

Lead Project Engineer responsible for ensuring all engineering and project activities are safe, efficient, and fully aligned with internal business objectives and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure delivery of comprehensive engineering and project support services that are safe for personnel, equipment, and the environment.
  • Align with customer needs, business objectives, regional and national regulations, engineering standards and codes, and cost‑effective operational efficiency.
  • Provide technical support, engineering advice, engineering and construction work packages, and project planning and execution support.
  • Oversee development and regular review of engineering discipline standards, design criteria, engineering standards and specifications, and drawing standards.
  • Maintain and improve engineering design and calculation tools.
  • Lead process improvement initiatives for project design and engineering operations.
  • Promote a strong organizational culture based on professional ethics, safety, and compliance.
  • Direct safety issues within the division to comply with ISO 14001, ISO 45001, SMK2, SMK3, PROPER, and other relevant standards.
  • Perform additional duties as required by business needs.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in upstream oil and gas, geothermal, or related energy industries.
  • Experience in design and construction of civil infrastructure and facilities, with a preference for geohazard expertise.
  • Hands‑on experience in engineering and construction with operational and maintenance knowledge.
  • Strong background in managing and executing engineering and construction projects with international and Indonesian standards expertise.
  • Experience preparing technical reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Preferred Skills
  • Professional Engineer (Ir.) and/or project management certification.
