As an HR Business Partner (HRBP) in mining industry, you will serve as a strategic liaison between management and HR functions to support the business objectives of the mining unit. You will be responsible for aligning HR policies, managing employment issues, increasing employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with applicable labor regulations.
Job Responsibilities- Strategic Partnership : Serve as a strategic partner to site management or business units in workforce planning, organizational development, and HR decision-making. Analyze HR trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs, and policies.
- Industrial Relations Management : Ensuring compliance with labor laws and local regulations.
- Recruitment and Talent Management : Working with the recruitment team to ensure that staffing needs are met in line with mining operations. Supporting talent pipeline development and succession programs.
- Performance Management : Supporting the implementation of performance appraisal processes and employee development based on performance evaluation results.
- Employee Engagement and Retention : Promoting a positive work culture, engagement, and employee retention through engagement programs. Analyzing engagement survey results and designing improvement initiatives.
- Compliance and HR Administration : Ensure employee documentation and data are stored properly in accordance with regulations. Coordinate with payroll and HR regarding compensation, leave, and benefits.
- Minimum education of Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Law, Human Resource Management, or equivalent.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HR, preferably in the mining or heavy industry.
- Understanding of Indonesian Labor Law and regulations related to industrial relations.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a cross‑functional team.
- Able to speak Mandarin.
- Willing to travel to sites for business purposes.
