Job Description:
· Oversee full operational management for Indonesia, ensuring alignment with profit, revenue, and quality objectives.
· Lead strategic initiatives and projects, ensuring they align with company goals, budgets, and resource plans.

Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Management, Business, or a related discipline.
· Minimum of 12 years' experience in revenue generation, business development, or project management, with a proven record of delivering high-quality, client-facing solutions on schedule.
· Strategic and visionary thinker with a strong ability to identify market trends and drive business expansion.
· Demonstrated ability to translate strategy into actionable execution.
· Prior experience in IT industry is mandatory; software industry is preferred.
