Key Responsibilities

  • Brainstorming new content ideas, topics, and formats that align with the brand's goals and audience interests.
  • Developing and maintaining a schedule for content production and publication to ensure a consistent output.
  • Analyzing target audience demographics, preferences, and content consumption habits to inform content decisions.

  • Edit and optimize content for each platform format and algorithm.
  • Proofreading and editing all content for accuracy, grammar, clarity, and adherence to brand voice and style guidelines.
  • Collaborate with marketing and design teams for product shoots, live sessions, and campaign launches.
  • Stay up to date with current social media trends, viral formats, and audience preferences.
  • Maintain a content calendar and ensure all deliverables meet deadlines and brand tone.
  • Manage daily operations of brand social media accounts (posting, scheduling, replying, monitoring).
  • Monitor analytics and performance metrics (reach, engagement rate, CTR, follower growth).
  • Creating reports on content performance and providing actionable insights for future content strategy.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all digital communication and visuals.
  • Required Qualifications

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in every major, creative major is preferred
  • Experience in content creation and viral marketing
  • Passionate about FMCG, branding, and creative content marketing.
  • Familiar with social media platforms (TikTok, Shopee Live, Instagram).
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Basic skills in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace, familiar with canva or another supporting tools
  • The ability to generate fresh ideas and convey them in a compelling and narrative way.
  • Excellent grammar, spelling, and the ability to adapt writing style to different platforms and audiences.
  • Competence with editing software (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Canva, Photoshop)
  • A willingness to learn new tools, experiment with emerging platforms, and keep up with changing digital trends.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for collaboration with teams and direct audience interaction.
