Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive located in PIK2, Tangerang. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and targeting prospective customers, developing and maintaining relationships with clients, and meeting sales goals. Additionally, they will prepare sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and provide exceptional customer service. The role also entails tracking market trends and providing feedback to the management team to refine sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Experience in client relationship management
- Market research and analytical skills
- Familiarity with the valve and automatic equipment industry is a plus
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken), as it will be used in daily communication
- Ability to understand technical specifications of industrial products
- Target-oriented and self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve results
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with CRM tools is a plus
