We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and brand-driven Graphic Designer to bring our visual identity to life across packaging, digital campaigns, and marketing materials. The ideal candidate is not only a skilled designer but also a storyteller who can transform ideas into visuals that reflect Prominest's values of quality, innovation, and elegance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Digital Design: Create engaging visuals for social media, email campaigns, websites, and online ads to strengthen brand presence and drive engagement.
• Marketing Collateral: Develop presentations, brochures, event assets, and internal materials that maintain a cohesive brand look.
• Concept Development: Work closely with marketing and product teams to translate abstract ideas into impactful visual narratives.
• Brand Consistency: Maintain and evolve brand guidelines to ensure design integrity across all touchpoints.
• Production Ready: Prepare final artwork for both print (packaging, labels, promo materials) and digital platforms, ensuring technical accuracy.
• Creative Exploration: Stay updated on design trends, wellness aesthetics, and tools that can elevate Prominest's brand identity.
• Packaging & Branding: Design packaging that balances functionality, compliance, and shelf appeal while staying consistent with Prominest's premium positioning.
• Project Management: Manage multiple design projects at once, prioritizing effectively and meeting deadlines without sacrificing quality.
Requirements:
Skills & Experience
• 2+ years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer, ideally within FMCG, wellness, or lifestyle brands.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating versatility in branding, digital content and packaging design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); familiarity with Figma, Canva, or motion/animation tools is a plus.
• Solid understanding of design principles: layout, typography, color theory, and composition.
• Experience preparing files for print production (CMYK setup, dielines, packaging mock-ups) and digital formats.
• Illustration ability (digital drawing or hand sketching) is a strong plus point, especially for creating unique brand elements.
• Basic knowledge of photography and/or video editing is an advantage.
