You will be responsible for…
- Achieving bolttech financial targets agreed in the client sales channels
- Mapping the organization and managing the relationship in each of the clients
- Lead on being the key account manager for the client/stakeholders
- Establish strong relationships and cadence with key contacts in the client organizations, and maintain strong governance
- Expand the relationships with clients by continuously proposing solutions to meet their objective
- Identify and gain new opportunities for growth and innovation within the accounts
- Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements and ensure the expectations are managed
- Ensure the correct products, propositions and service are delivered to customers in timely manner
- Go To Market plan and implementation for every bolttech new initiatives related to sales/product in the client sales channels

You will require the following qualifications and skills
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any discipline from reputable university
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience with account management or business development role for large / complex key accounts with multiple stakeholders
- Have vast experience and deep knowledge in electronic devices market (mobile phones and consumer electronics). With experience in online or offline to online market will be an advantage.
- Have strong communication and interpersonal skills in understanding the customer needs, root cause of problems and explaining ideas to effectively negotiate and manage customer expectations
- Have good analytical skills to identify and evaluate customer needs, market trends, and opportunities for growth
- Knowledge of the company's products, services, and industry, as well as an understanding of the customer's business and market
- Good sense of P&L / Pricing / client's commercial needs and data driven oriented
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams, including sales, marketing, product & pricing, data center, tech, and customer service, to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Excellence in English verbal and writing
- Ability to travel as needed to meet with key clients or events
