Midea Electronics Indonesia, an electronic sales company, is looking for a hands-on Accounting Manager to manage and strengthen our accounting operations.
What you'll do
- Oversee daily accounting processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness
- Prepare and review financial reports, budgets, and forecasts
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to management
- Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and controls
- Lead and mentor the accounting team
What we're looking for
- Min. 8 years' experience in accounting/finance, preferably in an electronic sales company
- Recognised accounting qualification (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting
- Proven skills in financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis
- Proficiency with accounting systems and tools
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
