Job Descriptions
- Act as a strategic partner to business leaders in identifying manpower needs, talent gaps, and development priorities.
- Lead and supervise the HC Development & Recruitment team to ensure timely, effective, and high quality hiring processes.
- Oversee the full performance management cycle from goal setting, review facilitation, to performance documentation and improvement.
- Develop and implement learning and development programs, including Training Needs Analysis (TNA), Individual Development Plans (IDP), and capability-building initiatives.
- Support organizational design and structure updates, including job grading and role clarity.
- Drive employee engagement, culture, and communication programs that strengthen alignment and motivation across teams.
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics (turnover, recruitment efficiency, training progress, performance distribution) to support decision-making.
- Collaborate with HC Operations to ensure smooth employee lifecycle management (promotion, movement, and probation review).
- Provide guidance to managers on people management, performance coaching, and retention strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Management, or related field (Master's degree is a plus).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Capital, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or business partner role.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, performance management, learning & development, and organization development.
- Experience in designing and implementing HR initiatives that support business growth.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with HRIS or data analytics tools is an advantage.
