About the Role
Luxfeline Global Technology is seeking an experienced and bilingual Sales Assistant (Mandarin Speaker) to support our sales operations and client relations.
You will work closely with Mandarin-speaking clients, suppliers, and management to handle daily coordination, documentation, and communication — ensuring smooth and effective sales processes.
Fluent Mandarin and proven sales experience are mandatory.
Candidates who do not meet both criteria will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily sales administration, coordination, and client communication.
- Communicate directly with Mandarin-speaking clients, suppliers, and management.
- Prepare and process quotations, purchase orders, and sales reports.
- Support sales negotiations, client meetings, and project follow-ups.
- Translate business discussions and documents between Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Maintain and update sales pipelines, client databases, and order tracking.
- Coordinate with internal departments (logistics, finance, operations) to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Requirements
- Fluent in Mandarin (speaking, listening, reading preferred) — non-negotiable.
- Strong communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Minimum 2–3 years of solid sales experience in B2B or B2C industries.
- Excellent coordination, documentation, and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience in the mining industry is a major advantage.
- High attention to detail, organized, and proactive.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Must be able to work on-site at Baywalk Mall, Pluit.
