Responsibilities

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, Sales, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
  • Minimum2 yearsinsales, business development, or project saleswithin the sanitary ware, building materials, orconstruction industry.
  • ·Strong network and existing connections with architects, interior designers, MEP consultants, and developers will be an advantage.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing project-based clients.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Able to develop strategic sales plans and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Possess own transport and a valid driving license (for client visits and site meetings).
  • Positive attitude, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Maintain and grow long-term partnership with customers by continuously proposing solutions and plans that meet their objectives
  • Responsible to manage and build strong relationship with Architect, Interior Design, MEP, Developers, Contractors
  • Articulating and executing "go-to-market" strategies and make sure the strategy is executed smoothly
  • Responsible for the development, implementation and achievement of sales and profit targets in accordance to the sales plan and target
  • Create and implement monthly and full year campaigns and promotions to support company's goal
  • Prepare monthly volume forecast and plans
  • Influence customer's decisions in critical business areas by using conceptual selling techniques and data-based presentations. Including develop product ranging, shelving, pricing and promotion strategies, based on research that gives us insight into what drives shopper purchase behaviour
  • Engage good relationship with consultants, contractors, sub-contractors, project owner and others related parties.
  • Do sales and achieve monthly sales target
  • Develop the sanitary market and network
  • Monitoring project progress, product delivery and payment
  • Regularly attend industry events, network and build industry relationships
