PT. Hydromart Utama Indonesia (HUI) is a water treatment company which focuses on equipment supply and service to industrial market in Indonesia. HUI was established in 2014, with portfolio clients from various industries such as power plants, oil and gas, food and beverages, pharmaceuticals, palm oil plantations, pulp and paper, automotive and many more.

HUI collaborates with technology providers and the exclusive partners for Hydranautics Reverse Osmosis (RO) Membrane – a Nitto Group Company, Jäger Umwelt-Technik GmbH, Membranium and Avista Technologies Inc. Apart from that, HUI also imports and collaborates with many other companies in supplying products for the needs of the Indonesian market.

In addition to equipment, HUI also sells specialty chemicals such as RO cleaner, basic ingredients for water treatment chemicals as well as bacteria for waste water treatment plant.

So, we need high value and initiave admin to support our operational bussines so that our puchase, sales, and delivery can be done smoothly.

What you'll do :

  • Mengurus administrasi umum
  • Memproses Purchasing Order (PO) dan Sales Order (SO) yang masuk
  • Membuat & menyusun surat dan dokumen yang mendukung administrasi pembelian dan penjualan
  • Mengajukan pembelian peralatan yang mendukung operasional lapangan
  • Membuat analisis harga barang saat melakukan pengadaan barang (perbadingan harga terbaik)
  • Melakukan filling dokumen secara rapi, teratur, dan teliti.
  • Pandai untuk bernegosiasi, komunikatif, dan memiliki skill problem solving
  • Mengerti rute pengiriman (JABODETABEK)
  • Memahami alur Export-Import, (DOC EXIM: HS CODE, INSW, CIPL, AWB/BL
  • Melakukan perhitungan modal
  • Memiliki pengalaman sebagai admin proyek, koordinator proyek atau bidang serupa
  • Membuat dan mengatur jadwal harian untuk pengiriman & tim engineer
  • Dapat bekerja sama dengan tim dan multitasking

What you'll need :

  • Lulusan Minimal Diploma/Sarjana.
  • Diutamakan memiliki pengalaman 1 tahun dalam administrasi penjualan dan pembelian.
  • Mampu menggunakan System Accurate dan SCM.
  • Mampu bekerjasama dengan tim.
  • Berkarakteristik pintar, inisiatif, teliti, jujur, dan bertanggung jawab.
  • Dapat bekerja dengan cepat, rajin, disiplin, dan teliti.
  • Terbiasa bekerja multitaksing.
  • Menguasai Komputer Ms. Office (Ms. Word, Ms. Excel) dan Internet.
  • Memiliki kemampuan bahasa Inggris (nilai tambah)
  • Penempatan kerja di Jakarta Barat atau Jakarta Utara.

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Jakarta: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Admin: 1 year (Preferred)
