Human Resources Operations
Responsibilities
Responsible for administrative arrangements, including maintaining employee information, attendance, overtime, people movement, and other administrative duties
Responsible for handling compensation & benefits (payroll, tax, BPJS, and insurance)
Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
Ensure compliance with labor regulations
Assist in the process of running operational activities in Human Resources and General Affairs
Supervise office conditions and other permit documents
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree from a reputable university with min GPA 3.5, preferably from Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business, Administrative, Management, or equivalent
Minimum 2 years of working experience as an HR Generalist
Have experience handling payroll and HR administrative tasks
Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
Good knowledge of employment/labor laws
Good communication skills
Good knowledge of G-Suite, especially G-Sheet and G-Docs
HRIS system (e.g. Talenta)
