Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or related field)/ Master's degree in Engineering Management, Business Administration, or related discipline is preferred.
  • Have 10-15 year of experiences in engineering/technical operations, with 5+ years in senior leadership.
  • Strong experiences in handle utility facilities engineering, trouble shooting in engineering utilities
  • Have Certification in Lean Six Sigma or Operational Excellence is a plus
  • Proven expertise in driving multi-site operational excellence, KPI/SLA achievement, and compliance.
  • Proven track record in driving efficiency, innovation, and continuous improvement (Lean/Six Sigma).
  • Fluent in English (spoken & written) – essential for executive communication

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Operational Performance Technical Department by developing and implementing strategies that enhance efficiency, reliability, and productivity across all sites.
  • Ensures standardized technical operations, achievement of KPI and quality targets, compliance with group standards, and effective problem resolution.
  • Establish technical policies and ensure their effective implementation across all operational areas by driving performance through engineering best practices, data-driven analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Identify opportunities and support commercial in cross selling or winning new technical services contracts
  • Lead and develop teams to deliver high performance and continuous improvement.
  • Monitor and analyses operations to identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for optimization
  • Oversee process improvement & projects ensuring innovation, cost efficiency, and standardization
  • Ensure policy creation & implementation while driving KPI/SLA achievement and regulatory compliance
  • Oversee health, safety & environment implementation practices in daily work and within their work area in the organization
  • Ensure that all subordinates refrain from any involvement in bribery or corrupt practices in their daily work
