We are seeking a talented candidate for Finance Staff (Accounts Receivables & Admin) to join our growing team at PT WAW INDO UTAMA.

What you'll be doing
  • Process invoices with accuracy and compliance with WAW’s operating procedures
  • Ensure business clients’ adherence to WAW’s payment terms
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations related to client payments (e.g., VAT, withholding tax)
  • Work with Warehouse Department to ensure client’s orders are packed
  • Arrange with our logistics partners to make sure the client’s orders are shipped
  • Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities by preparing reports
  • Manage our e-commerce platforms by answering customer chats, processing orders and liaising with Warehouse to pack orders
  • Updating our e-commerce product listing when required (ad‑hoc)
  • Assisting with ad‑hoc administrative requests by the Director (coordinating printing materials etc)
What we're looking for
  • Bachelor's Degree from Accounting/Finance/Management with minimum GPA 3.00
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the Accounting or Finance industry (Open for Accounting/Finance/Management Fresh Graduates)
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia preferred.
  • Proficient in using accounting software Accurate
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in processing invoices
