About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Agile / Project Manager to lead the delivery of projects using Agile methodologies. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution, alignment with business goals, and continuous improvement of delivery processes. This position is ideal for someone who is comfortable working in a dynamic environment and is passionate about driving collaboration, transparency, and delivery excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage end-to-end project delivery using Agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Work closely with Product Owners, developers, and stakeholders to define scope, priorities, and deliverables.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, manage issues, and ensure timely resolution.
  • Maintain project documentation, dashboards, timelines, and reports for stakeholders.
  • Promote Agile values and practices across teams to drive continuous improvement.
  • Ensure alignment between business goals, technical teams, and project execution.
  • Coordinate with vendors, partners, and stakeholders as required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 3–6 years of project management experience, with hands-on Agile delivery exposure.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project management practices.
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or Trello.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Agile certifications (CSM, PSM, PMI-ACP) are a strong advantage.
