About the role
Are you a passionate and dedicated Nurse looking to make a difference in people's lives? KLINIK FERTILITAS BOCAH INDONESIA' is seeking a full-time Nurse to join our team in Tangerang Banten. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality medical and nursing care to our patients, ensuring their comfort and well-being throughout their journey.
What you'll be doing
- Administering medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians
- Monitoring patients' vital signs, symptoms, and overall health status
- Assisting with medical procedures, such as examinations, minor surgeries, and diagnostic tests
- Documenting patient information, medical histories, and care plans in a timely and accurate manner
- Collaborating with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualised care plans for patients
- Providing emotional support and education to patients and their families
- Maintaining a clean and sterile work environment, adhering to infection control protocols
What we're looking for
- A registered Nurse with a valid license and at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a medical or surgical setting
- Strong clinical skills, including knowledge of medical terminology, medication administration, and patient care procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and the healthcare team
- Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Compassionate and empathetic nature, with a genuine interest in improving patient outcomes
- Proficiency in using electronic medical record systems and other relevant healthcare technologies
