Responsibilities:

As a Product Support Intern, you'll play a key role in ensuring users have a smooth experience with our product. You'll assist the product and support teams in handling user feedback, troubleshooting product issues, documenting feature requests, and ensuring continuous product improvement. This role is ideal for someone interested in product management, customer success, or tech operations.

Your role will be mentored by Product Manager, Product Designer and Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer.

Responsibilities
are, but not limited to:

  • Assist in investigating and resolving user-reported issues.
  • Communicate with internal teams (engineering, QA, product) to follow up on bugs and feature requests.
  • Help document recurring issues and product FAQs for internal and customer reference.
  • Analyze support tickets to identify patterns and areas for product improvement.
  • Test new product features before release and report findings.
  • Support product team initiatives related to user experience, documentation, and feedback tracking.
  • Maintain accurate records of issues and resolutions.

Requirement & Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of product lifecycle.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills.
  • Detail-oriented and comfortable working with data or documentation.
  • Basic understanding of software products, UI/UX is a plus.
  • Proactive, eager to learn, and able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • (bonus points for) Basic experience with tools like Jira, Notion, Figma, and Trello.
  • (bonus points for) Basic familiarity with bug tracking or QA testing.
  • (bonus points for) Interest in product management, user experience design or test engineer.
