Job Description
- Talent Acquisition: Handle end to end recruitment process, manage new employee until first 1 year, prepare audit documents related to recruitment process
- Employee Services: Handle remuneration and benefit of employee
- Learning & Organizational Development: Handle end to end training process, update Organizational Structure, conduct Performance Appraisal regulary and its analysis
- General Affair: Manage company assets and facilities, oversee procurement of goods and services, and ensure all operational needs are met to facilitate smooth company operations
Job Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Management, or any major in relevant field
- Having working experiences as HR Generalist, Human Capital, Recruiter, Employee Services, Learning & OD, General Affair, or relevant field
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Have good communication and team collaboration
- Willing to be placed in Graha BIP, South Jakarta or Graha Anabatic, Tangerang
