Job Title: Project Manager (Construction)

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the end-to-end execution of construction projects from planning to completion.
Oversee project scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and contractual obligations.
Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams.
Prepare and review progress reports, documentation, and project updates for management and stakeholders.
Monitor construction progress and resolve any technical or operational issues that arise on site.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth procurement, design, and execution workflows.
Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
Minimum 6 years of proven experience in managing construction projects, preferably in industrial buildings.
Strong knowledge of local construction methods, materials, and Indonesian regulations.
Proficient in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera, or equivalent).
Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.

Mandatory:

Possession of a valid Sertifikat Kompetensi Kerja (SKK) in the relevant construction management sector.
Fluent in English (both written and spoken).

Highly Desired:

Internationally recognized certification such as Project Management Professional (PMP).
Ability to communicate in Mandarin.
