Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients at multiple levels (management, stakeholders, technical leads)

  • Understand clients' business goals, strategies, challenges, and technology landscape

  • Act as trusted advisor: communicate proactively, manage expectations, resolve issues

  • Collaborate with internal teams (delivery, project management, technical, support) to ensure services are delivered to client requirements, on time and within budget

  • Develop new business from assigned or new clients

  • Create proposals, negotiate contracts, pricing, terms

  • Meet or exceed quarterly / annual revenue, margin, and growth target

  • Keep abreast of trends in IT outsourcing, professional services, vendor capabilities, competition, emerging technologies
