Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients at multiple levels (management, stakeholders, technical leads)
Understand clients' business goals, strategies, challenges, and technology landscape
Act as trusted advisor: communicate proactively, manage expectations, resolve issues
Collaborate with internal teams (delivery, project management, technical, support) to ensure services are delivered to client requirements, on time and within budget
Develop new business from assigned or new clients
Create proposals, negotiate contracts, pricing, terms
Meet or exceed quarterly / annual revenue, margin, and growth target
Keep abreast of trends in IT outsourcing, professional services, vendor capabilities, competition, emerging technologies
