About the Role

We are seeking an experienced
Production Group Leader – General Assembly
to lead and manage daily production activities in the General Assembly area. This role is responsible for ensuring production targets, quality, safety, and efficiency are achieved in alignment with VinFast's global standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive manufacturing and proven leadership in managing production teams.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum
    5 years of experience
    in automotive manufacturing or assembly line management.
  • Strong knowledge of
    General Assembly processes
    (Trim, Chassis, Final line, etc.).
  • Experience in managing production teams and handling shift operations.
  • Understanding of lean manufacturing, Kaizen, and quality management principles.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail.
  • Good communication in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Willing to be based in
    Subang Factory, Indonesia
    .


Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate daily operations in the General Assembly production area.
  • Manage manpower allocation and ensure production plans are executed effectively.
  • Monitor production performance and implement improvements to meet quality, cost, and delivery targets.
  • Ensure all processes comply with safety, quality, and 5S standards.
  • Train and motivate team members to achieve operational excellence.
  • Collaborate with Maintenance, Quality, and Engineering departments to solve production issues.
  • Report production status, key metrics, and improvement actions to management.
