Job Description
The Business Developer is responsible for executing a broad range of activities, including marketing, business development, networking, customer relationship management, pre-sales, and sales support. This position also oversees market research, communications, responses to RFIs/RFQs, and preparation of tender proposals. You will play a key role in building and expanding the company's network and uncovering new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers and partners.
- Drive marketing, business development, presales, and sales initiatives.
- Research and qualify new business opportunities through various communication channels and market analysis.
- Manage key client relationships and design strategies to expand the company's customer base.
- Monitor industry trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize administrative and operational workflows.
- Lead the preparation of proposals and tender submissions, coordinating with vendors, internal stakeholders, and subcontractors to ensure compliance with requirements.
Desired Skills & Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business development or sales, with a track record of managing high-value deals.
- Bachelor's of engineering, with GPA at 3.5 as minimum.
- Strong expertise in business development and sales strategy.
- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
- Fluency in English is required
- Demonstrated ability to work towards targets in a results-driven environment.
- Experience working in multicultural and cross-functional teams.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and adaptable with a customer- and solution-oriented mindset.
