We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Project Cargo Sales Executive to join our Jakarta team. You will be responsible for developing new business in project logistics, managing client relationships, and delivering customized transport solutions for oversized, heavy-lift, and out-of-gauge cargo .From dlat rack containers to RORO vessel shipments mainly for abroad and across Indonesia.
Key Responsibilities
-Identify and develop new business opportunities for project cargo and special logistics solutions.
-Handle inquiries, prepare quotations, and secure new accounts.
-Collaborate with operations, documentation, and overseas agents to ensure smooth cargo movement.
-Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners.
-Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to management.
-Stay current on market trends, shipping regulations, custom regulation , port regulation and carrier schedules
Qualifications
-Minimum 3 years' experience in freight forwarding or project logistics sales.
-Strong knowledge of product HS code, sea freight, heavy-lift, breakbulk, and OOG cargo handling.
-Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
-Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently for 24/7 in case needed.
-Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
-Make a regular report to Higher management
-Follow up with existence customers for new shipments as well to monitor existing shipment execution smoothly.
